N10+ years of experience in sales, 5+ years in digital marketing and branding agency, with 5+ years in a team leadership role.

Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to optimize performance and achieve collective goals. N
Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. N
Foster a team-oriented and high-performance culture within the team. N

n2. Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital marketing and branding services. N




Conduct market researchto identify potential clients and industry trends. N
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that support sales initiatives. N

n3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

n
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships. N
Identify client needs and customize digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding, to drive business results. N
Conduct regular client meetings and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of GTF's services. N

n4. Sales Performance & Reporting

Track and report sales performance metrics to the management team, including revenue forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs. N
Provide insights on sales progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. N
