Monitor winding processes (stator/rotor winding, insulation, varnishing, etc.)
Ensure correct wire gauge, turns, and insulation standards
Troubleshoot technical issues in winding and assembly
Ensure all motors meet quality standards and testing requirements
Coordinate with QA team for inspections and improvements
Reduce rejection and rework levels
Supervise operators and helpers in the department
Provide on-job training and skill development
Maintain discipline and work culture
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
