Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Graduate with 1+ year experience in customer service/telecalling preferred

Key Skills:
Positive communication skills (English + local language)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
Customer handling & interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask (calls + floor coordination)

Duties and responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound telecalling to engage customers, generate leads, and follow up.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
Address basic customer queries and route complex issues appropriately.
Coordinate with the floor/team to ensure smooth customer handling and service flow.
Manage walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support on-ground coordination.
Ensure a positive customer experience through transparent communication and timely follow-ups.

Time: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
