3D & Graphic Design Faculty

Fiction Institute of Creative Studies (FICS) is looking for a skilled and passionate 3D & Graphic Design Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-relevant creative skills. The role involves delivering practical, hands-on training in graphic design, 3D animation, and visual content creation while guiding students to build strong portfolios and career-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach graphic design fundamentals (branding, typography, layouts, social media design)
Train students in 3D softwares
Conduct software training (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender/Maya, etc.)
Guide students on real-world projects and portfolio development
Provide feedback, mentorship, and performance tracking
Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Support students with career guidance and industry exposure

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of graphic design and 3D software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and at least one 3D tool (Blender, Maya,



or similar)
Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Good communication and presentation skills
Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in design, animation, VFX, or related field
Industry experience in creative/design projects
Portfolio showcasing graphic and/or 3D work
