Key Responsibilities
Edit documentary-style videos, interviews, and real-life storytelling content
Organize and manage raw footage, audio, and supporting materials
Create engaging narratives through effective sequencing and pacing
Add music, sound effects, subtitles, and basic motion graphics
Perform color correction and basic color grading
Sync audio and video professionally
Collaborate with directors, content creators, and marketing teams
Ensure final videos meet quality standards and deadlines
Revise edits based on feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Strong understanding of storytelling and documentary formats
Experience in editing interviews and long-form content
Knowledge of audio editing and sound design




Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
Attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in documentary filmmaking or journalism
Knowledge of YouTube and digital media platforms
Portfolio or samples of previous documentary work
Familiarity with social media video formats
