Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with order status, tracking, returns, exchanges, refunds, and product information.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounts to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on pending customer queries and ensure timely closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the concerned teams.




Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relationships.
Support day-to-day customer service and operational activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1+ year of experience in customer service is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
Positive verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations and tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM/customer support tools.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer complaints.
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Robust attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
