Role Objective:
To solve real business problems using technology by building small tools, automations, and data-driven solutions across sales, operations, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand business problems across departments (sales, e-commerce, operations)
Build simple tools and utilities to automate daily tasks, such as:
Price comparison and dynamic pricing tools
Competitor tracking dashboards
Internal admin tools (data update panels, reports, etc.)
Sales and customer data analysis tools
Analyze data to identify:
Top-selling products
Customer behavior patterns
Pricing prospects
Work with APIs, databases, and internal systems to integrate solutions
Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) to accelerate development and problem-solving
Take complete ownership of assigned tools:
Problem understanding → Solution design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Improvement
Continuously improve tools based on business feedback

Required Skills (Fresher Level):
Basic programming knowledge in any one:




Python / PHP / JavaScript
Basic understanding of:
Databases (MySQL or similar)
Logic building and problem-solving
Ability to break down problems and think in steps
Willingness to learn new technologies quickly

Preferred / Good to Have:
Exposure to:
Data analysis (Excel, Python Pandas, etc.)
APIs and integrations
Basic web development (forms, dashboards)
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for coding or analysis
Any small project, internship, or self-built tool
