Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary trusted advisor for high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses.Holistic Financial Planning: Design and monitor comprehensive wealth strategies encompassing investment management, tax optimization, retirement, estate, and risk management.Business Development: Drive revenue growth by actively acquiring current clients, expanding the client base, and upselling financial products and services.Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of wealth managers, analysts, and associate relationship managers to achieve performance targets.Risk & Compliance: Ensure all investment portfolios align with the client’s risk tolerance and guarantee strict adherence to regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SEBI and RBI guidelines in India).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with internal product teams, estate attorneys, and tax accountants to deliver seamless client service.
