Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Preschool (Fresher)

Reports To: Class Teacher / Principal

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist the teacher during classroom lessons and activities.
Help children with learning tasks, playtime, and routines.
Support classroom setup, decorations, and teaching materials.
Supervise children during snack time, outdoor play, and transitions.
Help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the classroom.
Observe children and report concerns to the teacher.
Assist with attendance and basic records.
Support school events and celebrations.
Learn school teaching methods and grow into the role.

Required Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (as per school requirement).
Passion for working with young children.
Positive communication skills.




Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.
