Company Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
6.Education:
Dip./ B.Tech. Mech.
7.Experience:
Min. 7 Yrs. relevant experience in a press shop (stamping/forming industry).




Solid knowledge of press machines (mechanical & hydraulic), die settings, and sheet metal processes.
9.Positive understanding of quality systems like ISO/TS/ IATF.
10.Hands-on experience with productivity tools and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the Press Shop (hydraulic & mechanical presses).
Ensure daily production targets are met with adherence to quality and safety standards.
Plan and implement production schedules as per dispatch and customer requirements.
Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Manage a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors effectively.
Ensure 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
