Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product navigation, basic technical issues, and provide step-by-step guidance.
Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions, conversations, and transactions within a CRM system.
Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs, determine the root cause of issues, and provide effective, timely solutions.
Feedback & Reporting: Report product malfunctions, share customer feedback, and suggest process improvements.
Age criteria 18 to 29 yyears
