Key Responsibilities & Requirements.
Must 6 months to 1 Year of experience.
Shipping & Logistic industry.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Answer customer questions and handle objections
Follow up on leads and maintain call records
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Update customer information in CRM system
Valuable communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Location Navi Mumbai Kharghar.
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
