Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews / telephonic rounds:
Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications:
Schedule and follow up on interviews and selection processes:
Ensure timely closure of open positions:
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 year of experience in recruitment:
Experience in non-IT hiring (education, manufacturing, etc.) preferred
Robust sourcing skills beyond job portals
Excellent communication and coordination skills:
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously:
Good follow-up and relationship management skills

Language Requirement
Mandatory:English, Kannada, and Hindi

Skills Required:
Solid communication & interpersonal skills
Positive negotiation and convincing ability
Time management and multitasking
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
