Your Role- Install, configure, and maintain Codebeamer environments, including upgrades and patches.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and trackers to ensure secure and efficient operations.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures for optimization.
Design and maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architecture.
Your Profile- Integrate Codebeamer with external systems (e.g., IBM DOORS, Jira) and automate routine tasks.
Provide Tier‑3 support, troubleshoot complex issues,



and participate in on-call rotations.
Collaborate with vendors for technical support, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and compliance processes
