RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the
organization's financial stability.
Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting
and variance analysis.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and
external stakeholders.
Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure
compliance.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify risks and
prospects.
Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support
decision-making.
Manage cash flow, debt, and investment activities to optimize financial
resources.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and
development.
Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives
and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field.
CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
certification preferred.
