Job Summary:
The Company Secretary will ensure the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements under corporate laws. The role involves managing corporate governance, legal documentation, board processes, and regulatory filings, especially within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations (if applicable), and other statutory requirements
Organize and manage Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs
Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for meetings
Maintain statutory registers, records, and filings (ROC, MCA)
Handle incorporation, restructuring, and closure of companies/LLPs
Draft, review, and vet legal agreements related to real estate projects (JV agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, etc.)
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and legal advisors
Ensure compliance with RERA and other real estate regulations
Manage secretarial audits and compliance reports
Advise management on corporate governance practices and risk mitigation




Support due diligence processes for land acquisition and project financing

Excellent drafting and documentation skills

Solid communication and coordination abilities
Ability to manage multiple entities and filings
Problem-solving and analytical skills

Educational Qualification:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) - Member of ICSI
LLB (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred Experience:
Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure companies
Familiarity with RERA compliance and land-related documentation
