Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end US recruitment for IT positions
Understand and work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
Coordinate with US clients and account managers:
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for requirements

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US recruitment:
Valuable understanding of the US staffing lifecycle:
Robust communication skills (verbal & written English)
Experience with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.)
Ability to work in night shift and meet deadlines
Strong negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
