Product Introduction & Selling:Introduce new products and drive sales growth through effective selling techniques.
Planogram Execution:Ensure proper product placement and planogram adherence in dealer stores.
Receivables Management:Oversee and manage receivables to ensure timely collections.
Problem Resolution:Address and escalate issues related to sales, service, and commercials as needed.
Store Promoter Training:Conduct training sessions for store promoters to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Merchandising Checks:Regularly check and maintain merchandising standards at dealer locations.
Recent Dealer Creation:Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
Competition Feedback:Gather and report feedback on competitor activities and market trends.

What We are looking for




Sales Experience:At least 5 years of experience in front-line sales, preferably in a retail environment.
Relationship Building:Solid ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
Sales Skills:Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Adaptability:Willingness to relocate and adapt to new markets and settings.
