Key Responsibilities:_

Drive sales Through the Agents to achieve business targets.

Agent Recruitment & Activation
Identify and onboard quality agents/advisors
Ensure timely activation of newly recruited agents
Maintain productive agent network growth

Financial Literacy & Training Delivery
Conduct financial literacy sessions for agents
Train agents on products, compliance, and customer education
Organize workshops/webinars/field coaching

Business Generation Through Agents
Drive revenue/business through trained agents
Support agents in lead generation and closure
Ensure achievement of sales targets

Customer Financial Awareness Initiatives
Conduct financial awareness camps/seminars
Promote financial planning and protection awareness

Compliance & Process Adherence
Ensure agents follow regulatory and ethical practices
Monitor policy/process compliance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
