Job Overview

We are seeking a highly articulate, confident, and dynamic English Language & Personality Development Trainer who will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Founder/Leadership.

This is not a traditional PA role.

This role requires intelligence, discretion, travel flexibility, and strong command over spoken and written English.

Core Responsibilities
Executive Communication & Personality Coaching
Conduct structured English fluency and vocabulary enhancement sessions.
Improve leadership communication clarity, articulation, tone, and confidence.
Assist in refining public speaking, presentation delivery, and body language.
Work on personality refinement, executive presence, and structured thinking.
Provide constructive feedback and performance tracking.
Executive Assistance & Strategic Coordination
Manage leadership calendar, meetings, and travel.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and summaries.
Conduct research on products, markets, competitors, and strategic initiatives.
Assist in drafting high-quality professional communication.




Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders.
Travel & Event Support
Accompany leadership on business travel, events, and launches.
Assist in on-ground coordination.
Help with communication during events, meetings, and shoots.
Be comfortable with extended travel stays as required.
Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years experience as:
English Language Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer / Personality Development Coach

OR
Executive Assistant with solid communication background.
Excellent spoken English (near-neutral accent preferred).
Strong command over vocabulary, grammar, and structured communication.
Confident personality with skilled grooming.
Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced workplace.
Highly adaptable and willing to travel frequently (up to 75%).
