Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, target-driven female professionals with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves both inside sales and pre-sales activities, including client interactions, lead management, and occasional site visits.

Desirable Experience:
Experience in primary or secondary real estate sales with a proven track record.

-Previous work in tele-sales or customer service roles is a plus.

Responsibilities: Pre Sales & Inside Sales
Present builder projects and offerings confidently over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers using well-prepared scripts.
Understand customer requirements and route qualified leads to the field sales team.




Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Build long-term customer relationships and handle objections professionally.
Keep detailed records of calls, customer feedback, and sales progress.
Occasionally escort clients to project sites (30% field visits - primarily in West Pune).
Perform virtual demos for prospects.
Ensure post-call follow-ups, manage grievances, and safeguard the company’s reputation.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Additional Requirements:
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated with a "go-getter" attitude.
Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
Valuable knowledge of computers and CRM software.
Must have or be willing to complete MahaRERA training/certification before joining.
