Job Summary
Reliable Industries Pvt. Ltd., an authorized automobile dealership group, is hiring Relationship Managers for automobile sales operations in Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through customer outreach and local market activities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, finance, and exchange options
Follow up with prospective customers
Build and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer queries professionally
Coordinate documentation for booking, finance, insurance, and delivery
Maintain accurate customer records
Achieve monthly sales targets
Education: Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant sales experience may apply)
Required Skills:
Communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Customer relationship skills
Negotiation ability
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented approach

Own two-wheeler
Valid driving license
