About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the project site
Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM
Coordinate with presales and sales teams for smooth customer experience
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English (spoken and written)
CRM knowledge:
Experience in Real Estate / Site Operations:
Solid customer handling skills with a positive attitude
Ability to join immediately
Work Location: In person
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
