Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome walk-in visitors in a skilled and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments
Make outbound calls to clients/leads as per company requirements
Maintain call records and follow-up sheets
Explain basic services/products to potential customers over the phone
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
Manage visitor logs and handle courier/delivery records
Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times
Influencer:
Create and share engaging, authentic content across social media platforms
Promote brand products or services in alignment with campaign goals and brand values
Build and maintain trust and engagement with followers
Increase brand awareness, reach,



and audience growth
Collaborate with brands, agencies, and marketing teams on campaigns
Attend events, launches, or promotional activities as required
Follow content guidelines, deadlines, and posting schedules
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
Provide feedback and insights from audience interactions
Maintain a positive, qualified personal brand online
