Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The role involves working on residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, supporting design development, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing and planning architectural projects
Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
Develop 2D and 3D designs and presentations
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and internal departments
Support in material selection and detailing
Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably residential projects)
Solid command over AutoCAD
Preferred
Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop
Own laptop (preferred for flexibility and efficiency)
