Job Summary:
Commi Chef supports the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene standards. Works under the guidance of senior chefs like CDP/Sous Chef.

Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of ingredients (cutting, chopping, marination)
Cook basic dishes as per standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen area
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
Support senior chefs during service hours
Handle kitchen equipment safely
Maintain stock levels and inform seniors when needed
Follow instructions given by Head Chef / CDP
