The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment across industrial and construction projects. This role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing mechanical defects, implementing corrective measures, and advising on preventive maintenance strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment including:
Concrete Batching Plant
Transit Mixer
Camphor Bolero
DG 30 KVA Generator
Steel Cutting Machine
Bending Machine
Diesel Water Pump 6hp
Mechanical Fixation: Trace, tender, and execute mechanical fixation tasks with precision and adherence to safety standards.
Defect Debugging: Diagnose and advise on mechanical defects, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend equipment life and reduce breakdowns.
Technical Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, defect reports, and equipment performance logs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all mechanical operations comply with workplace safety regulations and industry standards.
Core Competencies
Robust knowledge of industrial machinery and construction equipment.
Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting.
Ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in maintenance planning.
Effective communication and advisory skills for defect resolution.

Education
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in plant /Site Construction
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
