We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our Domestic Hotel & Tour Package division. The role involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers with hotel and tour package inquiries, providing information, generating bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10;
Prior experience in telecalling / customer service in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages (if applicable).
Basic knowledge of domestic tourist destinations and hotel categories.
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
Positive computer skills (MS Office).
