Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos to showcase features and benefits
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume




Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and appealing
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person while practicing skilled phone etiquette
Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure product availability

Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments
Familiarity with POS systems and basic cashiering procedures
Solid communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in team settings is a plus
Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions, pricing, and inventory counts
