Perform thorough testing and calibration to ensure equipment is functioning to specifications.
Serves customers by providing products and resolving product and services problem.
Try to solve customer problems regarding the product.
Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
Prepared potential customer by answering products and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding troubleshooting, maintenance, and secure operation of welding machines.
Support customers through technical and administrative activities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
