Key Responsibilities

Execute foreign exchange transactions and ensure timely processing of orders.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other FFMCs for currency procurement and settlements.
Handle documentation related to forex transactions in compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines.
Manage inward and outward remittances.
Maintain records of all forex transactions and assist in audits.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely communication with clients and agents.
Assist in reporting and reconciliation of accounts related to forex trades.
Support the sales and marketing team in promotional campaigns and customer follow-ups.

Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Economics or any relevant field.




Prior experience in Forex/Financial Services preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
