Job Overview:
As a Guest Relations Executive at our barber shop, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers while assisting with their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Reception:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a friendly atmosphere.
Manage the reception area, including handling appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and confirm client appointments using the booking system.
Effectively manage the appointment calendar, coordinating with barbers to optimize their schedules.
Client Assistance:
Understand and fulfill client preferences, providing information on available services.
Assist clients in choosing appropriate services based on their needs and style preferences.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.




Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Collaborate with the cleaning staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the barbershop.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the various grooming products and services offered.
Provide information on grooming tips and product recommendations to clients.
Upselling and Promotions:
Promote additional services and products to clients based on their preferences and needs.
Inform clients about ongoing promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.
Microsoft Excel:
Positive knowledge of Excel experience is necessary for this position as there will be day to day reporting system.
