We are looking for a smart and courteous Guest Relations Executiveto manage the front desk and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and visitors. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings, answering phone calls, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests with a warm and skilled attitude
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
Maintain front desk records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills




Proficiency in MS Office and front desk systems (PMS knowledge is a plus)
Pleasant personality and a customer-first attitude
Minimum qualification: Any degree in Bachelor or Diploma

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
