Procurement Runner - Field Operations

Infinity Box is a rapid-growing circular company enabling sustainable kitchenware solutions through rentals and procurement. We work towards reducing waste and promoting reusable alternatives across events and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and process customer orders as per confirmed scope and timelines.
Coordinate with city leads, vendors, and logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, deliveries, and POD collection.
Track orders end-to-end to ensure timely fulfilment and proactively resolve delays.
Maintain accurate documentation: Delivery Challans, tracking sheets, fulfilment reports.
Inspect items during dispatch and return; record damages, losses, and manage reconciliation.




Oversee rental inventory lifecycle — shipment, usage, returns, and asset tracking post-event.
Communicate real-time order updates and escalations to internal teams.
Collaborate with Sales & Customer Service teams to prioritise urgent deliveries.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
Fluent Hindi communication with basic English
Comfortable with fieldwork and on-ground coordination
Robust vendor management and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of Excel
Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors
Strong ownership mindset and accountability toward timelines
