We are hiring for the position of Software Support Executive(Non Technical Background).

Job Responsibilities:
Resolve user issues related to software usage and data
Coordinate with technical team for issue escalation
Train users on software operations when required
Maintain proper communication and support records

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computers and software handling
Valuable communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office and remote support tools preferred
Ability to handle client queries patiently

Additional Information:
Extra payment will be provided for outside visits
Fooding, lodging, and conveyance will be provided by the company

Location:
Kolkata

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
