We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide accurate information about products/services
Maintain customer records and update databases
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Escalate complex issues to higher authorities when needed
Ensure customer satisfaction and build robust relationships
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Robust problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy while dealing with customers
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
