Job Title: Nursery / Preschool Teacher

Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic Nursery / Preschool Teacher to nurture young children in a safe and engaging learning environment. The teacher will support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development through play-based learning and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities.
Teach basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and rhymes.
Create a protected, positive, and stimulating classroom setting.
Support children’s social skills, confidence, and independence.
Observe and track each child’s progress and behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents about development and classroom updates.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and displays.
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
Participate in school events, meetings,



and training programs.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or related field.
Prior preschool teaching experience preferred.
Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
Patience, creativity, and love for working with children.

Working Hours

8:30AM to 2PM, Monday to Friday, Saturday 9AM to 12PM

Salary

10,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,872.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
