We are seeking a customer-focused Service Executive for our photography studio.
Responsibilities:
Client management : Understanding their preferences and deliver them accordingly.
Communicate with editing and post production team.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Oversee quality control of product deliveries.
Manage payments and client records.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Need a multi tasking person who can help with other office work as well.
Familiarity with photography is a plus.
Versatile with working hours, including weekends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
