Machine Setup: Load programs, set up fixtures, clamping devices, and install cutting tools according to Job Cards or setup sheets.
Offset Setting: Perform exact tool length compensation (TL) and work coordinate offsets (G54 - G59).
Program & Operation: Edit or create basic G-code/M-code programs and operate machines (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, HAAS).
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers) to meet,000, tolerances.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform routine maintenance, check coolant levels, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
