The ATL will be responsible for overseeing sales and operations across the assigned region, managing and leading teams to meet sales targets, building and maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance. The role also requires consistent collaboration with internal teams and adherence to company standards.

Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry and related operational processes
Willingness to travel within the specified regions
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, is an advantage
