Prop Vestors Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telecaller Team Leader - Presales to lead and manage the presales calling team for real estate projects in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the presales telecalling team
Handle customer inquiries and lead follow-ups
Generate and qualify real estate leads
Assign leads to sales executives and track conversions
Maintain CRM and daily performance reports
Train and motivate team members
Ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling/presales
Team handling experience preferred
Real estate industry experience is an advantage
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
Robust leadership and convincing skills
