BTS Videographer & Reel Editor Intern

We’re looking for someone who understands internet culture, knows how to capture moments in a raw but cinematic way, and can turn everyday shoots into engaging BTS content.

This is not a “just hold the camera” internship.
You’ll be working closely with a production and creative team, shooting behind-the-scenes content, making reels, editing fast-paced videos, and learning how real campaigns are built from the inside.

What You’ll Do
Shoot cool BTS content during shoots, meetings, productions, and events
Make Instagram reels and short-form content
Edit reels with proper pacing, transitions, sound sync, and trends
Capture candid moments creatively - not boring documentation
Assist the creative team during productions
Deliver content on time and maintain discipline on shoots

Requirements:
Must have your own camera/gear
Know how to shoot and edit reels




Basic understanding of framing, lighting, transitions, and storytelling
Familiar with Instagram trends and quick content formats
Discipline is non-negotiable
Should be hungry to learn and grow in the creative industry

Bonus Points If You
Know Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve
Can work quick under pressure
Understand aesthetics and Gen-Z content language
Have an eye for viral moments
