Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces.
Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords and attributes.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, RTOs and customer issues.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery, reverse pickup and shipment-related issues.
Maintain accurate inventory and product stock levels across all marketplaces.
Monitor marketplace performance, sales, conversion, returns and cancellation rates.
Handle marketplace seller panels, orders, claims, disputes and support tickets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch and inventory planning.
Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and marketplace performance.
Assist in managing offers, discounts, promotions and marketplace campaigns.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with marketplace/logistics teams for quick resolution.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
Ensure product pricing,



inventory and promotional information remains accurate across channels.

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Valuable understanding of Shopify and D2C e-commerce operations.
Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic reporting.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as Sales, Orders, Conversion Rate, Returns, RTO, Cancellation and Ad Spend.
Attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data.

Pay: ₹14,795.30 - ₹20,282.03 per month
