We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Commis 1 - Bakery to join our team.
Requirements:
Must have hands-on experience with croissants & laminated dough
Must be confident with a range of bakery products
Good understanding of dough preparation, proofing & baking
Knowledge of bread, viennoiserie, cakes and other bakery items
Ability to follow recipes, SOPs and maintain consistency
Positive kitchen hygiene and work discipline
Ability to work efficiently in a qualified bakery kitchen
Previous experience in a bakery/patisserie preferred
