Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation
Prepare espresso-based beverages including cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha, and cold coffee.
Brew tea, herbal infusions, and specialty beverages.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Food Service
Warm and plate sandwiches, pastries, breads, and desserts.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.




Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
Handle customer concerns professionally.

Cash Handling
Process billing through POS systems.
Handle cash, UPI, cards, and maintain accurate records.

Inventory & Stock
Monitor milk, coffee beans, syrups, cups, and supplies.
Inform management when stock is low.
Assist with receiving and organizing inventory.

Cleanliness & Maintenance
Keep the coffee station, dining area, and equipment spotless.
Follow opening and closing checklists.
Maintain strict personal hygiene and grooming.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality preferred.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and billing knowledge.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Punctual, reliable, and honest.
