Marketing Head - Beauty N Beyond & Numi International Pvt. Ltd.

Beauty N Beyond and Numi International Pvt. Ltd. are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Head to lead the complete online and offline marketing operations for our beauty, salon, retail, distribution, and e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead brand marketing, digital marketing, retail promotions, and offline campaigns
Drive online sales growth across Amazon, Flipkart, website, and social media platforms
Manage social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy
Increase retail store footfall and B2B lead generation
Handle exhibitions, events, franchise marketing, and trade promotions
Lead and manage the complete marketing team including digital, creative, content, and e-commerce
Track marketing ROI, campaign performance,



and growth metrics

Required Experience:
7+ years experience in marketing leadership
Robust understanding of both offline and digital marketing
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, salon, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG industry preferred
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, e-commerce marketing, influencer marketing, and branding
Robust team management and execution skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
