Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, ensuring seamless execution and superior service.
Anticipate and fulfill the needs and preferences of principals and guests, providing personalized and discreet service.
Manage and maintain household inventories, including fine wines, spirits, silver, china, and linens.
Coordinate and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and drivers, ensuring high standards of performance.
Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinners, and gatherings, including setting tables, serving meals, and managing guest services.
Perform valet duties, including packing and unpacking luggage, wardrobe management, and personal shopping.




Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring proper care of furnishings and valuable items.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance schedules for the property and vehicles.
