Drive sales and business growth across Tamil Nadu. N
Develop and maintain solid relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors and key customers. N
Manage and expand the dealer and distribution network. N
Achieve sales targets and ensure market growth. N
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing. N




Identify new business opportunities and develop new markets. N
Lead and manage the sales team for the region. N
Ensure effective marketcoverage and customer engagement. N

nCandidate Requirements

5–10 years of experience in the Steel / TMT industry is mandatory. N
Robust knowledge of theTamil Nadu steel/TMT market. N
Proven experience in sales and dealer/distributor management. N
Positive communication, negotiation and team management skills. N
Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu. N
Candidates currently working in the Steel / TMT industry will be preferred. N
