As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide
Solutions, representing the company's brand and values. Your primary focus is to
establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring
their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for
customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and
offering exceptional support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Maintain a positive and skilled attitude at all times.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Provide feedback and insights to improve customer service.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Promote and upsell company products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust customer service orientation.

Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Knowledge of BFSI industry is an advantage.
