About the Role
Backdropsource is looking for a Senior Shopify Developer with solid hands-on experience in building, customizing, and optimizing contemporary Shopify stores. The ideal candidate combines Shopify development, pixel-perfect UI/UX implementation, technical SEO, performance optimization, international store management, and Agentic SEO knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, maintain, and optimize Shopify 2.0 themes and storefronts
Convert Figma designs and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive Shopify pages across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Build up-to-date, conversion-focused UI/UX while maintaining performance and scalability
Work with Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6, AJAX, JSON, Metafields, Storefront API, and Shopify APIs
Customize themes, sections, templates, product pages, collections, carts, and other storefront components
Integrate and troubleshoot Shopify Apps, third-party APIs,
